Sprint Says RIM Will Never Be The Same Again

You borrow shares from your broker when you sell short, you do not sell your own shares. And, yes, you pay them interest for that privilege. The idea being, in a short time span the stock's price is going to fall, and you buy back, or cover, the shares you borrowed at a lower price.
 
The fact that so many commentators here didn't even read the article baffles me. I can't understand why commentators are comparing the current product to iOS/Android products when it's clear as night and day that BlackBerry 10 is coming. You may sound cool and all making snide commentary about how RIM products are behind the curve, but perhaps that judgement is best left until BlackBerry 10 arrives.
