I am not sure if this is the forum for my question. If it is not could
someone please direct me to the appropriate discussion group?

I am the owner of a small business. A short while back I got a blank email
with an attachment from whom I suspect to be a competitor. Since then he
seems to have got the jump on me on too many occations not to give rise to
suspicion.

Could someone advise me as to what investigative and corrective steps I need
to take to find out if spyware has been installed on my machine, and if so
its removal.

I found www.moosoft.com to work very well, and simple too.
