hi guys, i cant even maintain 80 to 90fps on any settings whether it be 1080p/1440/4k low med high or ultra, with many dips below 60. my friend has a 13600k with a 3070ti and gets 120 on 125% res scale, I cant even get that on low 1080p. I have tried everything i can think of!

PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
my system:
rtx 4080 aero
i7 12700
16gb 3000 mghz
1tb ssd
1tb hdd
120gb ssd c drive

i think i have another sata laying about , but in all honesty i think its just UB <Mod Edit> cos m7y pc boots instantly and nothing lags whatsoever, its just a false reading.
for excample i did my 4th benchmark with them and its all skewed again suddenly:

UserBenchmarks: Game 144%, Desk 109%, Work 155%
CPU: Intel Core i7-12700 - 113.9%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4080 - 126.8%
SSD: Kingston A400 240GB - 54.9%
SSD: Kingston A400 120GB - 31.1%
HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012) - 105.3%
RAM: Corsair CM4X8GC3000C15K4 CMK16GX4M2D3000C16 16GB - 102.8%
MBD: MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4
True, UB isn't a good comparison tool, but it is a decent look into the on-goings with a PC. The wildly varying results is what I'm concerned about. Something is definitely wrong with your PC at this moment.

Was the new install of Windows performed with only one ssd installed?

Do you have two different sticks of RAM installed?

nah all my drives were fully wiped and not formated in anyway but the c drive, which had never had windows installe don it. The ram is dual channel 3000mghz and its only squad and some other ue4 games that are like this. BF4 BF1 run at 4k 300fps or 180-250 then bfv a broken game runs like 130 to 200 high 4k. the fps doesnt chnage on any settings but the fps is great nonetheless. But squad HLL and etc are funny and dont change either but the fps is poor. I use res scale, as I use a 1080p monitor and ik its overkill for 1080p but I have a 165hz monitor and want to run games at that for 4 years or so which this card will be grand for so pls dont tell its overkill (ik thats the point). I will try some games o nmy m.2 when i can. My timespy and heaven score is good and reliable. But my cpu cr23 csore is below what it should be and my timespy cpu is too low too. I may try enable resizeable bar to try aid fps.

Hmmm, well if it's tearing it up in other games, perhaps it is just the game. May want to read into "Render worker counts" regarding MW2 and see if changing those settings will help.
Sorry I dont play mw2, ill see what i can do. Its weird cos on bf series resolution or settings makes no dif but fps is fine nayway so not an issue idk, ni thefuture im gonna be movin gwindowsd to an m.2 with a fresh sintall but idk ill see how it goes been reading everything i can

So, do you have two different sticks of RAM currently installed?

Are you using a PCI-E riser cable?

Are they from a 2x kit or two individual modules?

I also added another question to my last post.
two identical individual modules of corsair vengeance. Not a kit but both exact same spec. That wont be the root of my issues, as i had fine perf with my 2070 with this ram, and if you guys are insitent on UB results its doing fine. its gotta be either software or somethign
