Question SSD AData Gammix S11 Pro VERY SLOW

Hello everyone.
I bought these days an XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro NVME SSD (which claims to reach 3500 MB/s) and I installed it in my ASROCK Z97 Extreme 4.

CrystalDiskInfo show this SSD as a PCIe 3.0 x4:

However, CrystalDiskMark shows its speed is not exceeding 828 MB/s:

What can I do to get these 3500 MB/s?

Are you on the latest BIOS for that motherboard?

From your motherboard's support site:
