Question SSD Boot Failure

I'm having a problem where my PC wont boot from any ssd. Initially I had a pny 250gb ssd windows 10 boot drive I was transporting my PC and it was working fine before moving. After I hooked it up next i got a boot error saying " Disk boot error, please insert disk and press enter." So I assumed my ssd went out and I purchased another one. I installed windows on it and now it hangs at verifying dmi pool data. So I took the hard drive out of my dads PC to see if it would boot and it booted fine. I have checked all bios settings to see if maybe it reset my sata to raid and that's why it wasn't reading my ssd's I also bought new sata cables and a 2.5" hdd to get me by until I solved the issue. But the hdd is hanging at verifying dmi pool data and saying disk boot error" too. I have tried resetting bios, reseating ram, changing sata cables, switching plugs from power supply, and confirming boot priority for every ssd and hdd I put in it. None of them boot except for the one from my dads computer. I am unsure of what steps to take next short of basically rebuilding my PC one part at a time to find the culprit.

System info
Os: windows 10
Motherboard: gigabyte GA-x58-usb3
Gpu: gtx 1060ti
Ram: 16gb Kingston
Ssd: Pny 250, Samsung 250
Hdd: WD Blue 500gb 2.5, WD blue 1tb 3.5 boots fine.
All 4 of the drives have had the same installation process of windows from the same computer.
