Question SSD capacity shrinks after clone failure

Hi all, I'm having a problem with my SSD.

I was cloning my 640gb HDD (with only about 400gb data) to my new 512gb SSD using EASUS Todo Backup.
Somehow it failed in the process. I do not exactly remember the error, but after it, my SSD capacity shrinks to only 1gb (unallocated).
I've tried Aomei Partition Assistant, EASUS Partition Master but it stills only showing 1gb.
I also tried cleaning the disk using DISKPART but it didn't have any effect.

Does anyone ever met this kind of problem? Or my new SSD is lost forever?

Redo the clone operation.

Thusly:

Specific steps for a successful clone operation:
-----------------------------
Verify the actual used space on the current drive is significantly below the size of the new SSD
Download and install Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration, if a Samsung SSD)
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration)
Select ALL the partitions on the existing C drive
Click the 'Clone' button
Wait until it is done
When it finishes, power off
Disconnect ALL drives except for the new SSD
This is to allow the system to try to boot from ONLY the SSD
Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA port as the old drive
Power up, and verify the BIOS boot order
If good, continue the power up

It should boot from the new drive, just like the old drive.
Maybe reboot a time or two, just to make sure.

If it works, and it should, all is good.

Later, reconnect the old drive and wipe all partitions on it.
This will probably require the commandline diskpart function, and the clean command.

Ask questions if anything is unclear.

hmm, but how do I clone it now since the capacity is only 1gb?
I've tried cloning it again but then it says "the free space is not sufficient" or something like that.

Then possibly the diskpart function and the clean all command.

Will completely wipe that drive of whatever partitioning and formatting.
That might allow you to do the clone thing again.

I already did it actually.
But it didn't change anything, the capacity is still 1gb
Any other solutions that you know of?
