SSD Cashe question

Evening people
I have an asus s551lb

am gonna replace it's hhd with an ssd (Samsung EVO 850 250gb)
and may laptop has a 24 gb m sata cashe drive
after installing the ssd
is there any point of re setting up the msata ssd as a cashe once i have installed the ssd ?
i mean from what i know that the cashe is a place where windows puts in frequently used program's files so it works faster
and if the answer is no there is no point
I can use it as a tiny storage place right ?
