So latently my pc has got a lot of bsod. I have tried everything from resetting my pc to run chckdsk commands and it just doesn't work. This is my latest crash report https://anonfiles.com/F4Oas92eqd/MEMORY_DMP
I hope someone will help and if you need more info such as driver details or something then just post a comment.

INFO:
i9900kf
32 gb ram - 3000 mhz
Intel SSD 660 p Series - I think this is caussing the bsod
1 tb hdd
rtx 2080 super strix
msi motherboard z390
700w power supply

What i have tried:
Reinstalling windows twice
chkdsk /f /r
mdsched.exe
CCleaner
MalwareBytes
Update driver for ssd
Disable fast boot
sfc /scannow

got one more :D
Not many people are happy to see WHEA errors, you must be the first :)

I know you don't want to brick your motherboard updating BIOS but the version you are on was actually removed from the MSI website, as it caused errors -

Got some info that newest Z390 BIOS was causing some RAM related issue, hence was pulled of.
If you have RAM issues, use single stick and try to downgrade.

run this on the ssd - https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/articles/000005800/memory-and-storage.html

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

Open Windows File Explorer
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

person I ask to check dumps can't easily download 1.91gb to check a dump file. minidumps are way smaller and include most of the info.

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://jsfiddle.net/pjmytu8L/show This link is for anyone wanting to help. You do not have to view it. It is safe to "run the fiddle" as the page asks.

File information:022121-12187-01.dmp (Feb 21 2021 - 16:29:02)
Bugcheck:DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133)
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: System)
Uptime:0 Day(s), 2 Hour(s), 48 Min(s), and 55 Sec(s)

Comment: The overclocking driver "RTCore64.sys" was found on your system. (MSI Afterburner)

Possible Motherboard page: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-Z390-GAMING-PLUS.html
There are BIOS updates available for your system, several which "Improve memory compatibility". Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

The only dump that offers any clues as to cause was the 1st one on Jan 17 that mentions USBXHCI which is the USB Extensible Host Controller Interface. So a USB device of some kind was involved there.

Try updating Logitech G Hub, I have seen it cause bsod recently
I see you removed steelseries engine since then.

could do without WHEA and Clock Watchdog timeout errors, those could mean its hardware.
WHEA can be all sorts of things: hardware, drivers, heat, old BIOS version, Overclocking software like MSI Afterburner
remove afterburner while we look
remove any overclocks
there are 4 BIOS versions since yours. they can help with WHEA errors. MSI have a video showing how to update bios linked at top of the dl page - https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/MPG-Z390-GAMING-PLUS

Thanks for the advice with updating my bios but I wanna do that as the last solution. Because if something went wrong in the bios update it's gg for my pc. But I do have one question sometimes when I start my localhost server or when I close it my pc crashes and it just freezes. It doesn't even go to the BSOD it's just frozen. Should I just wait until I get the BSOD or turn off the pc. (it doesn't output any mini dump) and when these type of crashes happens i only have like 5 applications running Xampp, Cfx.re Server, Spotify, FiveM and vscode

I found out it wasn't a 700w power supply but a 850 power supply.

I mean, what USB devices? not what usb flash drive (though technically it is the right answer). Something plugged into USB is causing errors, I was just curious what it might be.
Oh.

Hyperx Quadcast
Ozone Strike Battle
Logitech G502
Sandberg USB Webcam Pro (133-95)

what BT USB is it?
How old?

can you give me a name and I see what I can find as I don't see it mentioned in drivers
But then I don't see
  • Hyperx Quadcast
  • Ozone Strike Battle
  • Sandberg USB Webcam Pro (133-95)
either
what are the ages of them? could be a Usb device that is on its way out. Could be it works most of the time but sometimes doesn't reply when it should or how its expected to.

usb is tricky but this "might" show me something useful (it creates a zip file, if you can upload it to a file sharing website and show link, I see what I can find

The bt USB is quite new and some unknown brand (Cambridge Silicon Radio Bluetooth).
And I find it weird you can't Hyperx Quadcast, Ozone Strike Battle or Sandberg USB Webcam Pro (133-95). They deffently are here

if the devices use standard Microsoft drivers, i won't see them. I wasn't denying you had them, I just can't tell from driver listing
Cambridge Silicon Radio
might be unknown to you but they been around a long time.

I see your nvidia drivers are crashing once a week, random.
defender has been crashing once a day
there could be newer lan drivers on here - https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/MPG-Z390-GAMING-PLUS#down-driver&Win10 64

any idea what the 3 problem devices are on PC?
they show in System information/Components
Base System Device?? - PCI/VEN_8086&DEV_1911&SUBSYS_7B511462&REV_00\3&115836598&40
Dev 1911 = Intel
Try updating Intel Management Engine Interface, its on the MSI site above under Other drivers

the other 2 devices are a PS2 mouse & Keyboard which I don't think we need to worry about too much.

I haven't got any BSOD in a long time now, but I haven't really used my PC (school only). It's probably a good idea to tell you I often experience BSOD when in play games (mostely FiveM) and rarely CS:GO.
