Question SSD disappears after shutdown, but doesn't disappear if restarted.

I had a new 256gb Ramsta SSD installed to our MSI H81M-P33 motherboard with a BIOS v1A in it. And when we first set it up and turned it on. It worked fine, and when we shut it down, the PC no longer detects the SSD for some reason.
So I tried the Workaround 2 in this website: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.sys tools group.com/updates/ssd-not-recognized-after-power-outage/
And yes, it worked well, and did restarted the PC with no problems. But everytime I shutdown the PC, the SSD disappears again.
My older brother tried a lot of ways into fixing this problem, like changing SATA cables, Setting Up our BIOS in the right direction, and even downgrading and updating drivers and stuff. Still no idea why the SSD disappears every shutdown and windows Shutdown. But not with restart.

Note: restart doesn't let the SSD disappear. But SSD won't appear on restart if the SSD is not detected when turned on after shutdown. But the workaround 2 works fine, but would have to do the procedure everytime we shutdown the PC. And yes, this SSD is very new and had no problems from the start, until shutdown of course.

Pls help

You can achieve the same result as workaround 2 without disconnecting cables by hitting the DEL key during post and letting the system sit at the BIOS screen for a few minutes. Then exit BIOS and allow the system to POST and boot.

If there is a setting in BIOS that enables a long memory test, then try that. This might provide a sufficient bootup delay for the SSD to come ready.

Aight, will try this out

So, what happened was at times, it read the SSD when we tried to connect all the wires. And for some odd reason, the computer shut itself off when i was away. And now it won't detect the SSD again and the ways we did didn't work for some reason. And yes, I don't thing our BIOS has a long memory test available, or i do not know where it is located.
