[SOLVED] SSD disappears randomly

Hello people. As I am playing Elden Ring after some time the game stucks at loading screen. After I quit the game sometimes the second ssd that I have disappears, but sometimes doesn't disapear and instead CrystalDiskInfo shows this

I have found that sometimes the SSD malfunctions after I alt-tab Elden ring.

There have been instances while playing elden ring computer displays bsod and restarts.
Happens as well with other games. Just when I started a game it crashed and the error said that it was unable to load a file. CrystalDiskoInfo again shows the same as above.

Please help!

I'm gonna look into it right now, but I tried to play games on different ssd 970 evo plus and the same thing happened, it even went to blue screen. So I'm thinking maybe the problem is not in the SSDs

Well samsung magician just doesn't show anything. It just loads infinitly.

I as well tried reinstalling the windows, then installing windows 11, but none of that helped. Also tried changing the slots of SSD, but didn't help as well.

Is the bios storage mode set to ahci or raid?

Do you have the latest bios/chipset/management engine?

Look through the bios options.
There should be a section that shows ahci or raid.

Okay.....that gets that out of the mix.
Just for yuks turn off xmp....test.

Still crashes and shows BSOD

Grab a copy of memtest86 and put it on a flash stick.
With xmp off boot the flash stick and let it run.
No errors allowed.

Okey managed to fix the problem. I did some things before trying so atleast one fixed it. First of all I took out PSU, cleaned dust, put it back. Then I turned all the lighting off of my pc. And lastly I changed my windows to high performance mode and disabled fast boot.

Managed to fix it, but haven't tried your last sugestion. But anyways thanks so much for helping me out.
