[SOLVED] SSD/HDD SHowing in BIOS NOT in WIndows

New build PC on Gigabyte Z690 Aorus Elite DDR4 Mobo Drives are viewable in BIOS (1 SATA HDD, 1 Gen 3 M2 SSD, 1 Gen 4 M2 SSD) i've installed Windows on the Gen 4 M2 SSD - but in Windows only a single Drive C: (the Gen 4 M2 SSD is visible)

Any suggestions on a BIOS setting i've missed

I realised i'm an idiot and didn't initialise the drives in Windows!
