Hello, my SSD health is showing 80%. Used for almost 2 years.

SSD model is Toshiba TS256GMTE220S 256.0 GB. Checked with Crystal Disk info and hwinfo64.

Is this bad?
Do you have an ongoing backup routine?

"Health", as reported by various software, is sort of irrelevant.
A drive can die at any time, even if it was at 100%, 5 minutes ago.

So your losing 10% a year.
At the end of 10 years the ssd is dead.
Do you think the rest of the machine will still be alive after 10 years?
Part of that health reading is the number of writes.
You can look around to see what's doing the writes.
I see hibernation and indexing have been mentioned there's other stuff.
Use the resource monitor to see if you can get a clue.

No this is not bad at all. It is a relatively small drive, which do wear out faster because they tend to be fuller and so there are fewer cells to spread the wear amongst. To slow down wear, don't keep unnecessary files.

Another way to look at it is to consider that it is a $30 component (at current prices). If it lasts 10 years, that's a cost of $3 per year. Surely that is acceptable?

If it really concerns you, then when it gets down to 20% health (predicted to be 6 years from now), replace it with a new one (by that time, a much bigger drive).
