Question SSD health rapidly declining

Hello

I have a Samsung QVO 870 1tb as boot drive. I got in december, and since then, according to CRystal disk and Hard Disk Sentinel, its health is rapidly declining
It was 95% in January, 93% in Feb and now it's 90%.

Should I be concerned?

Yeah obv.

just a long shot, is there anyway I can check if this SSD was used ? I’m starting to suspect the shop sold me a used ssd…

Another weird thing, If I check the disk with Hard Disk Sentinel I get different Data

Anyway, the highest count I till now is ICloud Library writing 60megs for a while and Malwarebytes writing 100 megs for like a minute, likely while doing the scan

Also, I did not mention that all the gaming and editing I do takes place on another SSD altogether, which I have owned for a couple of years and has a TOTAL writing of like 4tb.

NOw, Is it possible that what happens with my main drive it's because it's a cloned one?

Well, that's only 45 days of 24/7.

So not an obvious "used before you bought it".

Yeah, now I’m actually scared. How could that ssd have written 88 4tb in two or three months ?

According to system trail/ details thesea re the apps that wrote the most on my ssd. I don't know when the tracking begin.
Can this explain anything ?
