[SOLVED] SSD idles at 100% slowing down the system.

Sometimes when I am just on my computer my boot drive SSD stays at 100% causing programs to run slower and respond slower. It doesn't happen all the time, I'd say it happens once or twice every hour and I am just very confused at what the problem is.

Something is obviously using disk, check for malware and see details in Task manager.

It worked! I was able to find a virus and I got rid of it and it hasn't happened since! Thank you
