SSD is full but i only put OS on it

I have an 120gb SSD that only has Windows 7 and Drivers on it. all my files are on a hard drive. it has slowly filled up even though im not downloading anything

Check your system protection settings to see if restore points are filling it. Use WinDirStat to see what directories are filling. Check the value of your TEMP and TMP environment variable.
