Have you installed the latest chipset drivers from intel?
It is now set on selective startupTry msconfig to not load startup items.
Type "msconfig" (no quotes)
Click "Selective Startup"
Untick "Load Startup Items"
Click "Apply" then "OK"
Then restart the computer and test.
Just to see if a software utility/program etc is loding on startup and somehow causing the speed issue.
There was no difference.So did you reboot with it unticked and was their any speed difference?
I only have Windows installed on it The rest is empty space. 400gAnd your ssd has plenty of space?

I have disabled many services. To reduce boot time But it didn't work Reinstall Windows multiple times The boot time remained the same.
