Question SSD Latency over 2 sec?

I was updating PUBG and waited for half an hour and wondered why is it so slow. I opened task manager and saw this: https://photos.app.goo.gl/cHUDSgBGDWdxzkd46
The model of the drive is: KLEVV SSD NEO N500 120GB
Has a fan blowing air over them, so it shouldn't be overheating. Is this just some cheap SSD problem or something? Because it was around $11 when I bought it
And the drive wasn't filled as well, has over 20GB remaining.
Also did't notice that there is a 'storage' forum, so there was a duplicate post on components

Could be just the nand showing degradation, wouldn't know the quality of chips used. Maybe look at getting a bigger ssd from Samsung.

Entry level doubts on quality. It's possible more free space is needed.

What else could it be? Software? Maybe do a virus scan or reinstall Windows.

Have there been any tweaks applied that could have caused more for worse?

Anyhow, imho wouldn't be relying on this drive.
