Im using this AS340 PANTHER SATA III SSD 240GB, advertised speed is 550mb read and 520mb write, but when i do file transfer is too slow like 20mb/s, so i do a speed benchmark it shows the write speed is only 2x to 3xmb/s but read speed is ok. so is my ssd dead?

My specs: CPU: Ryzen 2200G
MOBO : Asrock A320M-HDV
RAM :4GB D4 2666 x2 (8GB)
PSU : Silverstone 500w white
SSD: AS340 PANTHER SATA III SSD 240GB
HDD: WB blue 1TB

Make sure write caching is enabled.

The AS340 internally is pretty standard fare: DRAM-less Phison S11 with BiCS3 (Toshiba 3D TLC). Not a fast or reliable drive, but certainly faster than that.

Key words there are up to. Without looking too hard into it, probably a dramless drive. Slow TLC NAND flash. You basically get what you pay for.

If I can get a spec sheet to load in English I will try to check it out. Couldn't really find much out there. But from other reviews you are definitely below the curve. I'd say it is faulty. (Many other reported failure within 3 months, so a wise investment to get rid of it anyway)
