Question SSD M2 causes BSOD

Hey i got for the First time a M2 ssd i installed windows and some games on it and with some games its bluescreens after 5-30 minutes.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 Core
RAM: 16GB DDR 4
Drives: Samsung SSD980 1TB (Windows)
HDD Samsung HD 161GJ
INTEL SSDSA2BW300G3
Graphiccard: Radeon RX 570 Series

Games that work is like League of Legends.
Games that crashes is Like ready or Not or GTAV (Modded)
it worked before i had my system running on my HDD and didnt had these problems
