SSD not showing anywhere in new build what do I do to fix this?

I just finished my build everything works fine so far except one thing. My SSD will not show up anywhere including the BIOS. I have tried everything. I have an old HP Desktop that runs vista and is approx 5 years old. I plugged my SSD in place of the existing hard drive and it showed in the BIOS in that machine. In my Build nothing. How come and what can I do to fix this.

Clear your CMOS on your motherboard. Then connect only your SSD and the CD/DVD drive that you're using to install your O/S.

See if that helps.

Try another Sata Port

Yes and set port to ahci aswell...

I set port to AHCI already and still nothing. Also tried different sata ports

And the ports you are hooking up to are enabled in BIOS not all of them are native? You got both Jmicron and Marvell ports on top of the native Intel ports. Does a HDD work on them?

Yes I have a 3 tb hard drive that works perfect in all ports. I have also tried the ssd in different Sata ports and nothing.
