I am getting a new ssd tomorrow and need to know how to put the os on there so my pc will load up faster and how to transfer games onto it ?

Solution
OK...try this and see if it works:

-----------------------------
Verify the actual used space on the current drive is significantly below the size of the new SSD
Download and install Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration, if a Samsung SSD)
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration)
Select ALL the partitions on the existing C drive
Click the 'Clone' button
Wait until it is done
When it finishes, power off
Disconnect ALL drives except for the new SSD
Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA port as the old drive
Power up, and verify the BIOS boot order
If good, continue the power up

It should...

OK then...you're going to have to do a screencap of your Disk Management window.

I can't do that in till tomroow because it's late for me now if you reply to this saying "screen cap" then I will have a notification reminding me tomroow to do it, thanks for the help to say continue tomroow

In Windirstat there is an option to show unused space. I think the OP doesn't have that selected, so it is just showing the used space.

That being said, unless he can do some serious cleanup of the C drive, I wouldn't recommend cloning it to the new SSD. I guess the pagefile and hib file could remain on the HDD.

Right. That is far too close to clone to a 120GB SSD.

i dont what to get rid of anything i cant really

Then you'll be doing a clean install on that SSD.

why do i have to put everything thats on my hdd on my ssd ?
should i just install my ssd now and then we can try and sort something ?

From your original:
"how to put the os on there so my pc will load up faster and how to transfer games onto it"

There are two ways to do this.
1. A clone operation. This requires that the used space on the C drive be significantly smaller than the new SSD.
You have a 120GB SSD, so that must be below 90GB.
Depending on the application you use, you can probably leave off things like doc/music/video. But other than that, everything goes.
OS, applications, etc.

2. Clean install of the OS (and everything else). This is starting with a bare bones OS install.
If you install the OS on this new SSD, you'll have to reinstall your applications. You can't use them in their current location on the HDD.
Steam games, probably.
But only you know what you have and where it is.

So...which way do you want to go?

well 1 sounds easier but i dont know what to delete / uninstall ? after this main swap from drives can i install games onto the ssd not the hdd or cant i use all the space
i have 95 gb now http://i63.tinypic.com/t0m3yr.jpg

For a 120GB SSD, you never, ever want to go above ~85-90GB used space.
After you get things on the SSD, you can have some stuff on the HDD as well as the SSD. Games, videos, etc, etc.

ive got rid of as much as i can its at 94 but photos and videos take up quite a bit

94GB is still way too much.

i have exactley 89.4gb now

It should boot from the new drive, just like the old drive.
Maybe reboot a time or two, just to make sure.

If it works, and it should, all is good.

Later, reconnect the old drive and wipe as necessary.
Delete the original boot partitions, here:

Solution

its saying i have insufficient space

There are only a couple of applications that have this functionality.
Samsung Data Migration, and I forget the other one.
And the Samsung only works if you are going to a Samsung drive.
