[SOLVED] SSD underperforming?

I done a test on my hardware, my SSD is less than a year old and its saying its performing way below expectations?

how would i check the temperatures on the SSD as speccy doesnt have a temperature

CrystalDiskInfo does that (which I had in parens), but also HWiNFO64, AIDA64, Hard Disk Sentinel, etc.

The idle temperature isn't an issue but the temp you hit while gaming and benchmarking. SSD controllers will throttle past around 70C. This will impact speeds and consistency. The P5 is known for running hot, is why I ask.

More RAM is not the same as faster RAM.

Going to 32GB only helps if you are actually running of RAM at the 16GB level.
Which you are probably not.

I see, i did just do a benchmark on my SSD again after turning it on and i was hitting 3254MB/s read, and 2742MB/s Write, just with google open etc

And that is well within expectations.
