so i bought a 240gb SSD on sale recently that came with a cool 2.5 to 3.5 bracket that will hold 2 SSDs and cloning software etc..

My HDD is 600+ gb of storage on it..my internet is GARBAGE..1.5MB connection

I cannot afford to delete all that stuff and redownload it..it will take WEEKS..is there any way I can just install windows 7 on my SSD and make it the boot drive and then move what I want on the SSD over from the HDD?

Solution
Not the way you think, no.

Install the OS on your new SSD
Reinstall all your applications to the SSD.
If you're talking about games (Steam or Origin, specifically) you can usually 'move' them from one drive to another.
All other games and applications will need to be reinstalled.
All your other stuff....pics, vids, music....can be moved around as needed.
