SSD vs SSHD for gaming purposes?

For the past year I've been using a 1TB SSHD due to its nice mix of speed alongside large storage capacity, as well as being a fairly cheap option. I've noticed SSD's are becoming evermore popular now but I'm not sure whether it's worth the investment.

I've watched comparison videos where SSD boot up time is literally about 2 seconds faster than an SSHD which is pretty minute, hence why I never bought an SSD. However, in terms of gaming (i.e. loading textures and maps), will the SSD be much better than my SSHD? It would be nice to see some figures/benchmarks as well as personal opinions, just for extra clarification.

Thanks :)

For a boot drive I would say go SSD, but for a gaming drive you won't notice much difference. The initial loading of the game would be faster, but during gameplay most games start preloading additional data before you actually need it, so in-game performance difference would be minimal.
