I have two storage devices:

Crucial CT128M4SSD2 m4 2.5" Solid State Drive - 128GB, SATA III 6Gb/s

and

WD Caviar 250GB SATA Hard Drive - 7200, 16MB, SATA-6G

running them on GIGABYTE GA-Z68AP-D3 v2.0 motherboard.

My question, should I set up RAID 0 ?

Solution
No, definitely not you would be wasting the speed of the ssd if you did that, and doubling the possibility of losing your data. Run the ssd as your boot drive and the 250g drive as storage.

There are a few other post on here asking that same question that get into more detail if you wanted further explanation on why not to do this.
