Question Stabilizer for my pc

I have a pc which have 350watt psu (I will be upgrading it to 500watt soon). I want to add a stabilizer for safety of my components as I already have lost 2 motherboards before because of voltage up and down. I have a 2750watt stabilizer, can I use it for my pc? If not then why? And what should I do?

One more thing is that the psu I have runs on 230V but in my country ideal voltage is 220 and the stabilizer I have also output 220 volts.

I would not expect that 230 volts would be a problem - that voltage is within the allowed tolerances.

There is some dependency on where you live (not asking).

What make and model stabilizer do you have?

Age, condition?

How many devices are being supported?

FYI:

https://www.industrybuying.com/arti...The sum total of the,VA or 1.2 kVA stabilizer.

It could also be that surge protection may be needed as well.

You can easily find similar links on both topics: 1) stabilizers and 2) surge protectors.

You should also consider having your home electrical system checked. If there are inherent problems then a stabilizer and/or a surge protector may only provide limited protection. Or not last long - especially a surge protector.

Likewise the PSUs: Make, model, wattage? If the wattage is too low and/or the PSU is of low quality then that is also a problem.
