If it doesn't post even once, it's not stable and cannot be trusted. Reset everything to stock and make sure everything's stable there. P95, Unigine Heaven, and Memtest86+ are the go-to programs.
This only applies if you are running your motherboard on optimized defaults.
If you have not loaded optimized defaults, i'd suggest doing so.
Does your computer not post after leaving your computer off for extended periods of time?
You can try and replicate the issue by following these steps:
1. Turn off your computer.
2. Turn off the power switch in the back of the power supply.
3. Push the power button on the computer to drain residual power from the power supply.
4. Turn on the power supply.
5. Turn on the computer.
If your computer doesn't post, your power supply needs to be replaced. This means your power supply not holding enough charge to start the system.
