My pc starts up and immediately goes to automatic reset. It won't let me enter safe mode, there is no backup points. I went to the c prompt and done scannow it found files damaged and repaired them and told me to restart pc. I typed in
"Shutdown /r /0 and got a message saying shutdown not recognised (or something like that) anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Did I type shutdown correctly?

on a working pc. download installation media on a usb
use that to bootup on the issue pc and try a repair from that

Been away for a while, so I took my pc to a repair shop and my s.o files were damaged, they think it was a download from windows 11. They restored all files reinstalled s.o and I have gone back to windows 10. Works like a charm
