Hi Internet,

Ok here's the situation:
I moved my Desktop downstairs for a LAN party with friends. After that i moved it back up to my room, everything good here. I started the desktop up and everything went speedy and well. i shut down the desktop and later started it back up, this time very very very slow.

It somewhat freezes on the mobo logo screen and then on the menu where you can choose to go into your bios for like 5 minutes. after that it goes to the Windows 10 login screen, where it takes also 5 minutes to recognize my mouse and keyboard. Then when i am able to login it takes 10 minutes for windows explorer to start up so i'm stuck with a total black screen with a cursor in it. I am able to open Task Manager and run things from there. It all started with my desktop and windows explorer not refreshing on its own. I looked up solutions and they said I had to change something in the registry. But the slow/ not refreshing happend right out of nowhere.

Sutting down also takes ages...

One start up went as always but with the not refreshing of the desktop and windows explorer and then when I start it up again it’s all slow and not working and that every start up. When everything is up and running it still does not refresh windows explorer on its own and some adobe software works weird and laggy. Browsing internet and listening to Spotify works fine, games play smooth aswell.

I tried a lot of things like: a system recovery, solve issues to the registry as well as cleaning my ssd and the registry, scanning for as a virus or malware and all that kind of stuff. Is there someone that can help me?? Do i need to buy something new or is there an easy way to solve it? Pls help!

I have an i5 6600k (water cooled)
MSI GeForce GTX 1070
Gigabyte z170 mobo
an 240 GB SSD as well as a 1 TB HDD
8GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 10 Home (i know...)
