Starting a Hackintosh Build

My buddy is trying to build a decent PC that can run both Windows and OSX. So basically a hackintosh. The budget is $700, including a monitor. What are the best options for him?

look at the h97 or the newer h170/b170 mb. then look at the i3 cpu. if he can fit it into the build look at an i5 cpu.
1tb drive would be 50.00
a 256g ssd onsale would be 80.00
the nvidia 950 would be 150.00
case 30-60.
power supply 650w-750w unit 40-80.
on the power supply dont buy the lower end cosair cx unit. look at sesonic...xfx..evga for units.
dvd rom is 12-19.00
on the mac os he have to look into what mb chipset and efi mb will work.
