The video does not show enough of the case and components to immediately identify the possible causes.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (new- correct)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full? Clean Windows install?

Refer to the motherboard's User Guide/Manual to doublecheck all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections. Ensure that all are both properly connected and physically fully and firmly in place. My thought is that something is a bit loose and only makes good contact once warmed up and some expansion occurs.

No one wants to force anything especially with a new build. So what seems to be tight and in place may not actually be so. Could take a few more careful unplugs and replugs to get some component properly seated.

Troubleshoot with only the boot drive installed.

Look at the LED's: Which ones, if any, are being lit and what color(s)?

I did not hear any beeps - are you able to connect a small speaker to listen for any beep codes?

Refer to the motherboard manual to clear CMOS. Start over.

Read everything twice including fine print, warnings, and details.

Take your time. No need to rush. Be methodical and careful. Work on a clean well lit surface.

Check cables and connectors for signs of damage or looseness.
