Static electricity. HELP

So I was moving, and when I plugged my computer, it shocked me. I still haven't turned on the button on the back of the psu, the shock was really strong and I fear that it damaged my components, please help

Your components should be fine. The only way to check would probably to turn on your system and see what happens. However, I haven't had a personal experience so maybe someone else has a more expert opinion.
