Static lines on the screen?

Ok so i have white static lines flickering on my screen. I have only 1 entrance for a vga cable. The lines disapear when i turn on the screen and when it's on logo screen but it appears again. Please help because it's really distracting when playing games. The screen is Benq gl 2250 if it's needed

If the static lines come up at certain aspects of your work regiment, then it's highly possible that the GPU driver are corrupt. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers and seen if that resolves your issue? On a side note, make sure your platform is on the latest BIOS update(laptop/desktop motherboard).
