Static Resource Conflict

When I start up my computer, above memory it says "Static Resource Conflict." It doesn't seem to be doing any harm but what does it mean. Also I'm running NT4.0 and i get one device failed in Service Control Manager, how do i fix that? Thanks!

Think it has something to do with the Intel Configuration Utility not reconizing some cards on older system. I never bothered to fix it on the used Gateways I sold, I just told the customer not to worry and put a warrantee on the system!
