Steam: DirectX10 ERR03 (Win 10)

Hello lovley comunity.

Well....
I just installed DmC 4 Special Edition on steam and I couldn't run it becuase when I booted it this error apeared: ERR03: Failed to initialize DirectX10, I know it has to do with direct 10 , I've been trying alot of stuff but nothing has worked, by the way, I have DirectX11.2.

The game will have a redistributable folder within the install directory, C: Program files x 86 or somewhere , find where you installed it and in that directory there should be redistributable folder, inside that you will find the games Directx setup. reinstall that and try game again. Microsoft also offers it here......https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7087
BTW i could not open DXDIAG to look

There was a solution linked at end of that thread but the link is dead now.
