Question Steam Game Files are Empty?

so i tried opening pubg today to play it and it said it wasnt installed, so i was like this is odd. i have had this problem before but not like this. normally when i clicked install it would recognise that the game was already installed and just verify the game files again. but this time when i clicked install the game actually started to install. so i searched it up and found that if i moved the game file to another drive then make sure that drive was detected by steam then it would work so i tried it and still no hope so i actually opened up the pubg file and to my surprise the outside files were there such as binaries and win64 but if i clicked on those then everything was empty. its as if steam had uninstalled pubg itself. i am to wonder where the game has gone.

I don't think so Steam uninstall the games on your PC. The best way to get the solution ask direct to steam customer service.
