Steam games on 2 Hard Drives.

At first I had to 500gb HDDs. One had all my steam games and the other had everything else. I recently bought a 128gb SSD for windows and everything else. This way I could have 2 500gb drives just for steam games. my first 500gb is full and I have more games to download so I was going to make another steam apps file in the other now empty 500gb but I don't know how.
 
Click on properties on you hard drive that is not letting you write, then go to security. There it shows what profiles are on the pc. Click on the one your using and then hit edit. You'll see some boxes that have check marks and some that don't. Make sure the box that says write has a check in it.
