[SOLVED] Steam not able to connect to internet but everything else works

Hi, recently I started having issues with steam being able to download games but not able to access my inventory or go online. For some reason steam won't work on my internet (neither on chrome, steam app or steam client) but if I use my mobile data it works normally, now I called my ISP and they told me only solution is for me to get a static IP which makes no sens to me, and why would I need to get a static IP for something like steam to work. So if any of you guys maybe know what the problem is and can help me or should I get the static IP address? Thanks in advance :3

Hahaha I used a different dns and it fixed it, thank you. But what I don't understand how did changing dns server on my computer fix steam on my phone?
