Question Steam voucher wrongly bought - how to sell

Hello everybody.
I m sorry for bothering with this out of thread topic but I ve bought some steam voucher s up to 140 eur but the supposed beneficiary told he is not longer playing games because of time shortage.
How can I sell them?
In. Many second hand items web site (Amazon, eBay , marketplace) , this transaction is forbidden.

Just because someone, somewhere is selling something (e.g drugs, guns, pirated software, you name it) doesn't make selling such items legal.

You, yourself, found out that you can't resell Steam vouchers. Why would be Steam game keys be any different?
Only developers, the ones who made and own the game, have the right to sell/give away Steam keys for their own games. You - as a consumer, has no right to do so. Let alone ask money for it.

If you made a bad purchase, contact Steam. If Steam isn't willing to refund, take it on the chin and live along. Maybe buy something nice for yourself, or just redeem the money into your Steam wallet for future use.
