Stepping designations?

Atacom's website is listing "INTEL P III 866 FCPGA CPU -CBO STEPPING" Is this the latest stepping? Is it better than the previous ones? Does it make any difference?

cBO is not the latest, it is 1.65v. cCO is the latest at 1.70v. I have heard reports that cCO runs cooler when overclocked, but I cannot confirm this.

I've also heard that the CCOs are better for overclocking. However, they seem to be not as easy to get.

FYI, both <A HREF="http://www.pcnut.com" target="_new">http://www.pcnut.com</A> and <A HREF="http://www.outsideloop.com" target="_new">http://www.outsideloop.com</A> show cC0's on their web sites, but you'll have to wait an extra couple of days for them. These are great places to buy from, but certainly not the cheapest.
