sticky keyboard help!

A few weeks ago i spilled some coca cola down into my keyboard and after a while of drying it still worked but some buttons very kinda hard to press down like if i were to press them down they would stay down longer than usual so is there a way to remove the sticky stuff in some of my buttons? *its a razer black widow*
works perfectly fine so im not gonna throw it out, its just really annoying if im typing and if i press GG it would go on like this *ggggg* and then stop. so is there a way to maybe drop alittle water into on of the switches to losen up the sticky cola?

As it's a mechanical keyboard, you can simply prize the keys off the board. Then, clean the inside of the keys with a damp cloth and the inside of the key sockets. This method worked for me!

its not the key its the *switch* thats is sticky

You'll want to pull the key caps and then steam-clean the crap out of it (possibly more than once). You'll need to give it a few days* to dry thoroughly afterwards. Although trying to lessen the stickiness by diluting it may work, it may also have the opposite effect and the same drying time would apply.

* I'd say 3-14 days depending on temperature and humidity conditions

i dripped some water in the keys and just pressed the hell out of them and BOOM! one day later it works! 😀 thanks everyone.
*i coulndt steam clean it so i got the water method!*
