I'm currently playing Apex Legends and when in fullscreen, my monitor adapts to the in game fps. For example when I have 145 fps in game and check the settings, my monitor's refresh rate has dropped to 145Hz. Is there a way to lock it at 165Hz?
Oh, I'm dumb. Thanks a lot, I completely forgot about Gsync and didn't find anything online so I came here for an answer. Seems like it wasn't anything with the game afterall.
Ideally would want to leave Gsync on so the refresh remains variable to the actual frames you're getting and display them as it happens rather than have the monitor on a fixed refresh rate.
