I'd try and open up Device Manager and see how many drives are listed for your sotrage options.

According to this specifications list, your laptop has two available M.2 slots. You should be able to disassemble the laptop using this video;

and see which slot is populated.

You should include where you're located and your budget for your SSD purchase. In the interim period, I'd try and make sure your laptop's BIOS is updated to the latest version.
