Question Strange behavior

Strange things are happening on my computer. My computer starts up every other time or does not start at all, when the computer starts up, only some of the devices turn on. Sometimes sudden restarts occur when starting heavy applications or shutting down the computer. Can anybody help with this?

I have a computer that I have been using for 2 years. When I turn on my computer, it beeps 3 times, then it does not boot. How can I find the source of the problem?
