Strange Copy Problem

i dont know if i suppose to post my problem here , but here it goes
Lately i tried to copy some data from my DVD to my HDD but; in the proses of copying my computer Freeze , not the way that cpu is 100% no . its like my Hdd being used 100% and i have to w8 a lot of time so i can interact with windows . i though its my Hdd i test it . in all software u can think about .
Hint: the internal copy and flash copy is Normal only the copy from my dvd is not working . the dvd was working fine tho before i don't wut happened suddenly

Are you able to read the files from the DVD? Does it have any scratches? Did you try to use different computer to get the data out?

Also if it's a movie DVD, you cannot copy and paste because they are encrypted.

no no the dvds are new and they are not movies they are Data to install or unrar. ya it working in another computers 🙁

Try a different DVD drive it may be a bad laser or DVD motor.

the DVD is being Read good. i already install and it can Read movies but it go nuts in copying Data 🙁

First, if the data is important, use another computer to get the files out in a USB stick.

The only thing I can think is bad drive but you said i reads all other discs ok except this particular one.

nono its Reads but the copy process is doing that 🙁

Check the drive controller and see if the DVD drive is running in PIO mode instead of DMA mode.
