Question Strange flickering on screen

(Sorry this should be in GPU section not CPU)

Hello, I purchased a 1060 gtx 6gb couple weeks ago, and ive been mostly gaming and mining ethereum,
I did OC my gpu with afterburner, with minus 50 core clock and plus 900 memory clock for mining purposes...
Have this damaged the gpu or why is my screen flickering like this?

Also I did open the card and changed thermal pastes but that shouldnt damage the card?

That looks like a monitor issue... Not sure though. Maybe go to customer service of who you bought the GPU from.

What are your computer specs?
From video i would say monitor as well. unplug it from mains power wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. Does it do it when the monitor is cold?

The problem disappeared after I booted my pc, though there were small flickering when I started the computer again but now its vanished... It does that from time to time, maybe I just need to shut down computer for a while after doing mining.. I will post again here if the problem persists
