I am not sure what it is but it seems like some problem with graphics or physics engine. It happens in PES 2021, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Outer Wilds, Unturned, Raft...Not sure the others.
Here is my Specs:
OS: Win 10 Home 64-bit
CPU: AMD Ryzen 2700X
RAM: HyperX Predator 2x8GB DDR4 3200MHz
GPU: Gigabyte AORUS Geforce RTX 3060 ti Master 8G
MB: Gigabyte X470 AORUS Ultra Gaming
SSD: WD Black 500GB High-Performance NVMe PCIe Internal SSD - M.2 2280
PSU: Antec HCG 750 Gold
I used to play Wildlands two years ago and Odyssey a year ago and they were fine. I was using AMD Radeon RX590 at the time.
Recently, i find out most of the games from Ubisoft and games which are using game engine Unity are not working properly. I thought it was the problem with GPU, so I bought a new RTX 3060 ti, trying to upgrade and avoiding AMD Radeon. But it does not solve the problem.
Here's what I tried so far:
Updated the OS to newest version (Windows 10 20H2)
Clean installed the updated Geforce display card driver
Re-installed programs like VCRedist, old version of DirectX (from Ghost Recon Wildlands support folder)
I have the default setting in my NVIDIA control panel, CPU is not overclocked (CPU-Z), the GPU is not overclocked(GPU-Z), system temperature is normal (Hwmonitor), Bios is up to date, verified the games several times.
Here are some recording from several games:

It seems that it does not happen in those games with Unreal Engine 4, like Squad, Astroneer and Medieval Dynasty. Would anyone suggest a solution please?
