Strange hard drive volume

Hello, I went to defrag my C: drive and there is a volume labeled
\\?\volume{ea11d48c-2fe9...}. Does anyone know what this is? The defrag program notes it as a drive that can be defragmented. If its a system thing then no big deal, but I've never seen this and am wondering if it is malicious.
