Strange mouse pointer issue

Hello.Everytime I play Planetside 2 ,a 4 headed arrow mouse pointer appears at random intervals,right where the crosshair is. Sometimes the game also minimizes itself ! Please help me because it's ultra annoying!! (This happens also with other FPSs like Black Ops 2)

This can sometimes be caused by an overworked Graphics card. The easiest way to attempt to fix this is to just ignore it and hope it goes away, or go to Control Panel>Mouses, and try to change around the icons until it goes back to normal.
