Question Strange Noise coming from Asus monitor?

So, I found out where this one strange noise I kept hearing is coming from, and I'm pretty positive it's coming from my Monitor. It's a rather weird noise to describe, and it only happens now and then. It kinda sounds like an old PC from like the 80's loading up after you boot it. The crackle/popping like sound. Found this video that matches it perfectly.

Now, it doesn't seem to do anything bad? It makes the noise when I also turn the monitor left or right as well.

My monitor is a tuf gaming monitor vg27bq.

I cannot view the audio file now and i can only go by your words as you said "crackling/ popping sound"
Make sure your power cable for your monitor is seated all the way in. Some cables are harder to get in fully.

Unplug the monitor and run the system. Do you still hear the sound?

I have a AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core.

As for checking the power cable, I'll give that a shot! Thank you.

Tried reseating the cables again. It still happens. I can't really pinpoint where it's at exactly but it's definitely coming from my monitor.
